Question About Flight Charm Item

I was trying to make an item called Flight Charm. The idea is that once you click it enables flight and then once you click again It disables flight. Also when you die I want It to disable flight. I figured out how to enable flight but not how to disable flight once you click again or die. Could someone help me??
