Switch Dimension using vehicules, and that the vehicule u used get teleported with u

Hi, so i have a vehicule in my mod called Space Pod, when u ride one, u can use it to travel between Planets(Dimension), when i travel to a planet, i want for the space pod to be teleported with me to, how can i do that?
