How to make a working breed mechanism

So, just for some info, I have 2 models. the adult and the baby. I am fully ready to make the breeding mechanism but I dont know how to create the coding/procedure.

What I would like is for the breeding mechanism's outcome to be the baby model. Unfortunately, I dont know how to make that work. I only know how to make a breeding mechanism. Please help me make the outcome be the baby model.
