Help With Teleporting Using Raycasts

lately ive been trying to make a magic wand that teleports the player to where hes looking in a 20 block radius, as base i used Sajevius simple laser attack and tried to make it teleport the player where the beam ends, the thing is that i cant get it to work, it either telepors you to another biome or burries you underground, heres the procedure that i tried to make but obviously i did something wrong. if you know raycasting stuff please help me
