Get or make a resource pack template, the path: \assets\minecraft\textures\environment (moon and sun textures go here) , change the moons to any color/design, add it in your mod, the path: MCreatorWorkspaces\your_mod\src\main\resources\assets , drop the minecraft\textures\environment with you new textures. Done ... Regenerate, Run client for testing.
