I want Ground Structures in Nether Like dimensions, and ore generation height regulation, in Nether Like dimension

I want make ores in my Nether Like dimension, but the ores is spawn randomly height, but i want to be spawn this ore near the top bedrock.

I want make Ground structure for my Nether Like dimension but the structure is floating.
