I found a Minecraft bedrock modloader

So I was just thinking about why no one has made a modloader for minecraft bedrock like for java edition and then I stumbled a cross this

IDK if it good but I will try it out and if it works well do you think there a way to add it to mcreator so new bedrock modders will have an easier time making mods.
