This is the Coordinate "grid".
If you didn't get how it works or image not loading for you, i will explain.
So when you heading north you decrement your Z coordinate and your head is turned 180 degrees,
when you heading south you increment your Z coordinate and your head is turned 0 degrees,
when you heading west you decrement your X coordinate and your head is turned 90 degrees,
when you heading east you increment your Z coordinate and your head is turned 180 degrees.
