all other help things either don't say how to do it or they don't work with GitLab (I am using GitLab for the max push size) or don't tell how to do it so I need help! please tell me how.
I'm not sure if GitLab is supported by MCreator, I think it's the main issue here.
Another thing is, even using GitHub, you need to use authentication key, since password usually isn't working for MCR.
It works, but you probably need authentication tokens
