How to make GUI for Tameable Mobs open only for Owner

I want to be able to open the GUI for the Entity I Right-Click on open, but only if the player doing it is the owner of said Entity, in this case a tameable mob. Open GUI for Entity/Target doesn't work since it just opens it for that particular target- but there appear to be no procedure blocks or even code to work off of with this.
