I can't spawn my dunngeon in the overworld

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sfqLgUR2Tw I followed the instructions in the video but nowhere did I see how the structure can be generated in the overworld and then  I remembered that i can put the procedure in "Update Tick" on block but when i tried but i did not saw my dungeon in the overworld and then i made to be so common but i can't find my dungeon also when i place the bock everything was fine. So mine main question are:

1. How can i make mine structure generating  fine?

2. what procedure i need?
