question: how do i summon an entity when i eat a custom food?

so, i wanna make it so that a boss is spawned when i eat a custom food, how do i do that? (1.17.1 forge mod btw)

If you already created the custom food ... In triggers tab >> When food eaten >> (command)===>> summon ~ ~ ~ <mod_id:desired_entity>
