[SOLVED] how to disable button

Hello Everyone, 

Recently I've wanted to make an Procedure so that if i hold an specific tool, the button "q" can't be pressed. I used the "when tool in hand tick"  procedure, but i can't find any procedure block that disables buttons/key's. Does anyone have an idea?
