I've noticed an issue where certain ways of removing items from crafting stations do not trigger the "When item is crafted/smelted" trigger.
After doing some testing I found that:
Brewing stand and the campfires don't seem trigger it at all (I don't really expect the campfires to trigger it sense they have no GUI)
However, I noticed that the smithing table will not trigger when shift clicking, but it seems to work fine with normal clicking and using the num keys.
