Help with functions (bedrock)

I need help making a function for bedrock. I’ve tried at least 10 times to make the same function, but it never shows up in game. I will label the function something like “pack_start” and when I open the game and try to run the function (/function pack_start) it replies with “unable to find function labeled “pack_start”” Please help!
