Add Rotate tool to canvas

Adding a rotate tool to the canvas to rotate the entire image would be very handy. It is annoying and time-consuming to use 3rd-party programs to do that, then stick it back to MCreator. It only really needs to rotate 90 degrees.

It wouldn't be that hard to implement. It would make life a lot more convenient for lots of modders.

I checked forums and the changelog and nobody posted a request like this that I found. I thought somebody would've by now.

Oh well.

I would love to see this feature implemented in the texture drawer. Please consider my request.
