When i try to open/create a workspaces in versions above 2021.2 (the 2021.1 works) nothing opens

When i try to open/create a workspaces in versions above 2021.2 (the 2021.1 works) nothing opens

When i try to open/create a workspaces in versions above 2021.2 (the 2021.1 works) nothing opens, it does not give me any error, simply leaving it for a long time does not open anything
