(MCreator EAP 2022.2 b25609, MCreator 2022.1) Downgrading from EAP Snapshot

I have downloaded the EAP snapshot listed above to test it. After encountering numerous bugs, as expected from a snapshot, I now want this test mod I've made to be brought to the official 2022.1 release, which is much more stable. Simply trying to open the workspace or its backups directly from 2022.1 throws up an error. What can I do other than wait for 2022.2?
