2020.2 Workspace gets out of nowhere [RESOLVED]

So I was about to get some people to help me develop my mod until my monitor started glitching so I did Alt+F4 a bunch of times to fix the issue because my monitor only glitches when it detects an unused color but when I restarted my PC my Workspace got deleted and all of my effort is now gone. PLEASE HOW DO I GET IT BACK?!

Wait nevermind I just unplugged my Storage Drive and now everything is back.
