[SOLVED] How do I detect if a block is at certain coordinates?

So I'm trying to make something with keys, and can't figure out how to do a "if block at [x] [y] [z] is = [block]".

I have my procedure set to trigger when the player right clicks on a block on the item (key).

To change the block, simply double click on the empty box at the end.
