Make a better installer with install4j for MCreator 2022.3

Hi folks,

I’m using MCreator since version 2019.5 and I‘m registered here on April 2021. Now I think, that MCreator is a very great application for making Minecraft: Java Edition mods! MCreator is written in Java and for these applications, you can make a installer with install4j. Install4j is better than the current MCreator installer and it has many new features that are not in the current installer. I hope, that the installer for MCreator 2022.3 can be built with Install4j.
