Plant Ticking Update not working

Hi ! I am trying to make a growable plant, so I did the procedure on the first screen 

And I put it on the "Update tick" of my plant.

I enabled "Force plant ticking" but it's not working.

When I break the block under my plant, it looks to enable the update tick and then it works, am I doing something wrong ?
