Kitchen mortar ( Problem with block interact )

I create a kitchen mortar and i dont know how i can do when i right clicking with specific item in hand, inside mortar will be this item. And after that i can use pestle to smash this.

Already i can only do something when i just right click with specific item. I just want to know, is there any way to add block/texture inside mortar ( You click with bone and u see bone inside )
