(1.12.2) prevent hoppers from picking up items from a slot

First of all, I know that 1.12.2 is a bit of a forgotten version but I'd be glad if someone knows how to fix this.

I use MCreator 2021.1 for this, I thought it could block the ability to extract items from certain slots, as well as block the ability to insert items.
I have NO problems using code for this, so if there is a way to do it it would help me a lot since in this version of MCreator for 1.12.2 you can't block the slots for this, I already looked everywhere but I can't find it answer to this.
