Allow setting the rarity of armor items

I've made an armor item that comes from a really hard to kill boss in a late part of my mod's progression, and I'd like to at least set a rarity for it. I know that it's just a color for the item's name, but still.

Don't really have anything else to say here, the title is self-explanatory.
