I created a custom item (jade coin), made a recipe for it as well. however, when i went in-world to test, everything loaded up fine, the item was in the creative inventory. The problem is im using this item as currency, so i made a new villager to use the jade coin. i used a website villager generator, added the trades using stone as a placeholder. i pulled the text, edited it, took out stone, replaced with jade_coin. loaded back up, went in world, and trader has air instead of jade coin. used /give to get a jade coin, but jade_coin isnt found. it seems that for some reason, my jade_coin isnt in the minecraft item database (like other mods have custom items show up, mine doesnt) so, what do i do to fix this? ive looked around and didnt find anything to indicate how to fix this.
