How to use override motion vector with velocity for server players?

Simple question, how would I go about allowing a override motion vector block with x, y, z velocity effect a server player if the velocity block is considered client-side only? Klemens! please help!

For some reason, any procedure that overrides other players motion vectors doesn't work. I need to know how to fix this! Its more than important for my mod. The procedures all work for mobs, and overriding your own motion vectors. Other players no.

I've noticed that recently the override motion vector block no longer has a client side only symbol on it. I haven't tested this out yet with another player, but when I do I will post it here.
