Vanilla Recipe Unlocking

Would it be possible for a checkbox to allow the recipes that correspond with the item to be unlock. Maybe by checking recipe elements that correspond with item input or output, then getting the name of recipe, getting player that obtained item by any means, then unlocking the recipe for that player if not unlocked built-in by using a checkbox to any item, tools, armor or blocks?
