I see this question asked like. a LOT but no one ever seems to answer it, except for sometimes where they'll say something along the lines of just "edit the JSON file" with no explanation
What do you do to the JSON to get this ? Is there another way ?
Think of items like the Trident in vanilla, or like. almost any gun mod out there
It's probably not what you're looking for, but in Blockbench you can alter the rotation of a model to make it look 2D in the inventory.
But if you're talking about having a sprite for the inventory icon, then I'm kinda in the same boat TBH.
I'm having the same issue.
