I Need Help

I am doing a mod in wich by pressing "R" u shoot a projectile, and by eating powerups your projectiles gain effects using advancevents, like if u have this advancement an effects trigger.

i'm trying to add a powerup so that when u shoot there is a chance to summon a lighting on the enemy, but either it doesn't work or the lightning spwns immidiatly when i shoot the projectile
