Problem with custom sappling

Hi ! i'm new and i really want to learn how to make mod and i start with Mcreator.

I made a biome with custom tree (wood and leaves) and a sapplings but i doesn't grow..

i watch all the video i can found but nothing change and i tried a lot of different code (i'm learning the basic i'm VERY new ^^")

Oh ! and when a place the "item" sappling it place the block but the grass block place sound didn't work it make a stone sound

but when a place the "Block" sappling it make the good sound how can i fix it ?
