So, this is very complicated, but it would make life much easier for me, and other creators. To make a custom village type, you can put the biome/s, and then add primary (cobble in plains) and secondary wall blocks (oak planks in plains) as well as rare secondary (white terracota in plains), which will be the walls in the houses, and for the ones with floor, add natural floor (dirt in plains) and normal floor (wooden planks in plains), all of which will only let you put full blocks, then there is windows, wich can only be glass pane shaped, and then corner blocks, which will be full blocks and in the corners (oak log in plains), then add entrance staircase (oak stairs in plains), cleric stairs (cobble stairs in plains), and rooftop (oak stairs in plains), all of which can only be stair shaped. Then fence and fence gate types (oak in plains) which can only be shaped as said, slabs (oak slab in plains) which can only be slabs, flowers (the flowers spawning in flower pots, can only be those placeable in flower pots), leaves (oak leaves in plains), which have to have block shape leaves. Then farm animals, and village skins, which are either:
Plains
Desert
Snowy
Taiga
Savanna
Swamp
Jungle
As well as house shape, which are:
Default
Desertic
Snowy (will be like the igloos and will use secondary rare).
And if you want it to be more custom you can set custom structures as the houses, but its toggeable.
And last but not least, the path blocks (dirt path in plains)
So, yeah, this is pretty complicated, but, its better than to make blocks and other stuff just to make a village.
I hope you add this, i know its highly improvable in the 2022.3, but maybe in 2023.2 or something.
Interesting idea. +
