Send Message To procedure block shows a weird symbol at the end of the chat message?

What the title says. This is what it shows:

I don't know how to remove the HT symbol. This was also working perfectly fine yesterday, but today it just decided to do this for some reason. I didn't modify anything related to the procedure sending the chat messages.

Also, bonus bug, the loot tables for my custom Nether Reactor Core look like this:

but when breaking the block, it drops either 12 ingots or 12 diamonds.

this was also working fine yesterday, and only began to have this error today when testing. Again, I haven't modified anything related to the loot table since yesterday.
