How to use Global Loot Table modifiers with enchanted books?

I want to create an custom enchantment and wanna only be in loot tables of End City(enchanted book).

 

I wanna use Global Loot Table Modifiers, but I don't know how to define the Enchanted Book with the custom enchantment.
