Entire workspace corrupted after power outage

So Mcreator was updating my workspace from the snapshot to 2022.3 and because I have very slow wifi this took long. During that time a short power outage happen for atleast 4-8 mins. When I opened my workspace I was met with missing icons and a lot of errors. Can't even open so of my elements because nothing happens. I tried everything such as regenerating the code but to no avail. This is such a disappointment because I spent about 1-2 months on this mod only for it to get corrupted...
