How to teleport an entity to a specific block if it’s in an area near the entity

I used the 6x6x6 

the target block is a cosum block 

then in do I put set location to x+ Get local sx, y, z + get local sz 

but it does seem to be doing anything 

I’m trying to teleport them to the  block but they don’t seem to be doing anything
