I want to make a effect that when applied to for as long as the effect lasts, your maximum health is decreased, like the opposite of Health Boost, or at least an effect that makes you able to take more damage. The Mcreator Version I'm working on is 2021.1 for the 1.12.2 Mod Generator. If you are going to say "This version is not supported, it's outdated". Then please don't. If you have an answer on how to make an effect that's the opposite of Health Boost, please do tell me.
