How do you make an overlay render over Crosshair, Hearts, Hotbar, etc.

How do you make an overlay render over Crosshair, Hearts, Hotbar, etc.

Is ther any way? Ive set render priority to HIGHEST but still nothing. MCreator 2022.3 Forge 1.18.2 40.1.0
