I try to export a new version of my mod but it still exports the old one.

When I export the mod and try to play with it, the new version of the mod is the same as the old one, even things that I removed where still there, and everything I had added was not in the mod. And yes, they have been saved, at least on mcreator, my workspace has the new stuff I added, just no the mod. Basically I try to export the new version of the mod, but it export an older version of it.
