Can't change / override [iron_pickaxe] crafting

I can't change / override [iron_pickaxe] crafting.

The another things work fine, like blocks and items, but some tools aren't doing it

Recipe type: Crafting
Recipe registry name: iron_pickaxe
Recipe namespece: minecraft
Recipe group name: empty
xp reward: 1
cooking time: 200

^ this currently not working
