I am trying to make a mod that has a much longer progression system. In order to make that possible, i would like to make it so that armor bonuses only apply when struck in a certain area, so that if you got struck in the chest, the armor bonus from the chest plate would be the only thing that applies. I don't need to change the vanilla items, i just need to be able to decrease the armor level of a player when they are struck. Does anyone know how to do that?
The nearest Mod that implements something similiar is the First Aid Mod.
But I think this is not possible without coding.
Can the coding be done in MCreator?
yeah its possible with coding in MCreator but you need to research for yourself for that.
