Is it possible to remove the restriction of setting "score" or "selector" in team's prefix or suffix with MCreator?

I think you know about a problem that Mojang still doesn't want to fix: you can't set score or selector in teams prefxies and suffixes. I want to know: is it possible to do it with MCreator? Like, create a mod that fixes this problem? Thank you for your respond
