How can I make so my ability only works with my sword not all items in the game?

How can I make so my ability only works with my sword not all items in the game?

So I made a ''ability'' for my sword and the ability is binded to the right mouse button, and when i try to press the right mouse button with any other item it makes the ability do the thing. How can i bind the ability to ONLY work with my sword? :)

Incredibly easy, just make an if statement and make it only activate when holding your sword.
