The Minecraft vanilla tag "axes" inexplicably doesn't work using the "Player right clicks block" trigger.

I wanna test if you have any vanilla axe in your hand when you right click a block using the "Player right clicks block" trigger and the "tagged in item tags" block, but for some inexplicable reason it doesn't do anything, is this a bug??
