voice activated command

Hello.

I want to make a hogwarts-like mod when you right click an item(staff) it checks for what you say in the micropfone.

Example: When I right click the staff, I say : "Wingardium Leviosa" and then items in a radius of five blocks begin to float.

How do I implement the voice command?
