How do I add my new music disc to the loot table of creeper drops when killed by skeleton?

Can't find any info on how to do this and I'm afraid that if I mess it up the creeper killed by skeleton might only drop the disc. I just want the disc to be added to the loot table, so there's an equal chance that the creeper could drop any other disc too
