But when I test it in game it says that its just level 64

But when I test it in game it says that its just level 64
Minecraft has a hard coded enchanting level limit of 255 in more modern versions.
no i used 1.16.5 and i set enchantment to 1000000 and instead i got 64 in game
255 is the max limit with NBT Editing but the normal vanilla max limit is 64
