Item in GUI

I am making a mod that has to do with putting 3 items in a GUI the first being an item with an enchantment the second being emeralds and the third is a book. Is there any way that I could make it where the button when press deletes all three items (4 emeralds in the emerald slot) if they have enough emeralds and makes a book with the enchantments of the items onto it. A little confusing.

 I am still new to Mcreator I downloaded it about a 3 days ago I got everything from my friend but he is now in New mexico
