[Solved] How to check that the block I'm looking at is water?

So I've been working on a bucket procedure, I got the placing water part to work but the grabbing water is a little broken.

Here's what I have so far.

Essentially, with what I have, it does grab water but it grabs it from any block. I'm trying to make it so it only grabs water if the block I'm looking at is a source block of water. The unattached block above does not work. I have also tried using the block I have no with an "and" block with the "Is {provided blockstate} a fluid" and or "a fluid source". I need help. All I need to do is have to check that the block I'm looking at is a water source block. Thank you.
