Compile Error - Editing Folder Structure

Hi, i have had issues with editing the folder structure as they kept recreating the folder that was originally there, i have done things like renaming things in the workspace, modifying and manually renaming elements inside the .java and .json files but I am still having errors and the files are not being detected in the new folder structure. I will have to send my project if you arent able to diagnose.
